The duties, duties and rights of other public prosecutors of the Special Public Prosecutor's Office shall be as follows:-
(a) To assist in the execution of the duties of the Co-Prosecutor of the Office of the Special Public Prosecutor,
(B) Special Public Prosecutor's Office authorized to prosecute: In cases received by the authorized officer after investigating the case and taking necessary action, the delegation of authority from the middle prosecutor and the division of duties from the co-prosecutor decide whether or not to proceed with the case and take related actions,
(c) In cases where the Government of Nepal is filed as a plaintiff or in which the rights and interests of the Government of Nepal are involved, as assigned by the co-advocate, to appear in the court and plead on behalf of the Government of Nepal. (d) Appeals against judgments and orders passed by the hearing officer and the relevant court as determined by the co-counsel; To take necessary action related to reporting.
